About
What AuthMark is
AuthMark is a free, plain-English checker for the public DNS records that prove mail is really from your domain.
What it checks
- Who can send as you (SPF): guest list of servers allowed to send as your domain.
- Message signing (DKIM): wax seal / signature on the message; whether a public key shows up on common names.
- Spam / spoof policy (DMARC): what to do with fakes when auth fails.
You paste a business domain (or a URL / work email). We look up public DNS over HTTPS and return a calm pass / needs work / likely spam risk summary, plus what to change first.
What it is not
- Not a guarantee that mail will land in the inbox.
- Not legal, compliance, or security advice.
- Not a full mailbox or reputation scan. Content, volume, and sender history still matter.
- Not a pentest or a substitute for your ESP’s own authentication setup UI.
Who it is for
Owners and operators who send from their own domain and want a quick, honest read on whether the basics are published. If you only have a free personal mailbox (Gmail, Outlook.com, and the like), AuthMark will ask for your business domain instead.
